One of the outcomes of Covid was that coworking and the provision of coworking spaces has grown, with a range of different commercial models.  The UK & Ireland combined inventory totals over 3,300 spaces of which Ireland accounts for 236 places, as of Q4 2024.  Whilst London and Dublin dominate respectively, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol have significant provision, and the rest of the UK follows closely behind, whilst in Ireland there is supply across the country.  This is now a competitive market and with membership being the main commercial model, member satisfaction can no longer be just a nice-to-have; it's becoming essential for both retention and growth.  A comprehensive satisfaction checklist helps coworking operators and providers identify improvement and revenue opportunities by delivering exceptional experiences.
